Dosing-Weighing Equipment

Pharmaceutical operations을 위해 Powder를 고정밀로 채우기위해 설계된 Dosing-Weighing Equipment

추출 장치 (Liquefyer)와 도징 장치 (Dosimat)의 결합을 통해 빠르고 정확한 도징이 가능합니다. 특별한 블레이드와 멤브레인은 파우더의 흐름 어렵더라도 Dosimat 장치에 지속적으로 공급되도록 합니다. Dosimat 밸브는 파우더의 볼륨설정값에 근접할 때 정확한 벨류로 열림의 면적을 줄입니다.

이 기술은 DOSIMAT 밸브를 통해 g, kg 또는 ton 단위로 Powder를 드럼 또는 FIBC, Box에 도징 및 계량 할 수 있습니다.  CIP(청소 및 소독)가 필요한 경우에 특히 가치가 있습니다.
