Powder 추출을 용이하게 하는 공정 솔루션 JetBreaker™

JetBreaker는 굳어 있는 대량의 파우더블록을 일정한 크기로 분쇄해 주는 스마트 솔루션입니다. 고형화된 벌크 파우더는 고정자와 회전자 사이에서 분쇄되어 원하는 크기의 그리드를 통과 할 수 있도록 파우더의 크기를 줄이는 방식으로 작동이 됩니다. JetBreaker는 CIP 노늘을 활용하여 편리한 CIP가 가능하도록 GMP 디자인으로 제작되었습니다. 또한 ATEX의 인증을 통해서 방폭 기준을 준수합니다.
